I am afraid that I may be going INSANE.
The reason is this: when I lie in bed at night, the shadows of perpetual darkness form into things more tangible, and their assaults keep me awake for hours, eyes wide open, with the mission of swatting them away when they appear to be crawling too close. Last night two bags atop a chest of drawers in my bedroom took the form of some kind of bedraggled Grim Reaper, and I kept my eyes fixed on it, sat hunched up there, wondering what it's agenda was. Would it pounce? I sought at one point to get up from my bed and attack the shape myself but I was too concerned with being overrun by the other shadows to rise from the bedsheets.
Also, I am afrid of spiders, and did not want them to run quietly and horribly across my bare and vulnerable feet. I would not sleep with the light on; the terrible things I see can not be so easily dismissed as shadows and the tricks of my eyes under the revealing glare of the lamps.
It would be easier to cope if the monstrous things in this thread didn't haunt me with the sick images therein at bedtime. I actually have to grab my cock and do a barrel roll for five seconds of peace, but anyway I end up having to punch myself in the face because I can still see the things in the videos I watched due to that thread, [again].
Help me Obi Wan. Am I insane or just amazingly paranoid?
